I have been a fully qualified ADI for just over 1 year in my journey so far i have worked with many trainers. I contacted Phil directly,booked a 4 days training course ( train the trainer course ). I have driven 5 1/2 hours to get to Phil for the training, all the effort to get here has all been worth it! I had a wonderful experience, honestly cant thank Phil and Helen enough for their kindness and professionalism. I had exactly what i came for and much more help and advice than expected. Phil has patiently taught me how to be a good PDI trainer. I will continue to practice on what iv learned and hopefully get up to Phil standards one day. having worked with many other trainers phil stands out like a light bulb in a dark room. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to get on with , down to earth and genuine person. The area is great too! Lots of bars and restaurants with great quality and good price. Me and my wife came here had a little mini holiday break in this beautiful area , with plenty to do and see.I will definitely recommend phil to anyone that is looking for support and guidance in all areas of this industry. Phil has my upmost respect and a true trainer!
