After training with Phil through my qualifying tests I returned this week to complete his 4 day Train the Trainer course. What a great course, well structured and in depth, very enjoyable. Phil's delivery of the course was as usual excellent. It's a tough week and a lot to take in but I felt supported throughout and able to develop skills through the week. I have left the course with a very clear idea of what skills I need to keep practicing to be able to support future PDIs. Really looking forward to the next step in my career. Thank you Phil.
