Phil is the main man for Instructor training . Ive used Phil on numerous occasions since asking for help when I'd failed the old part 3 years ago . Even though phil is based im harrogate , ive always travelled there as his knowledge & interpretation of the driving instructor is first class . His adi courses which he runs are very professionally & very knowledgeable . Id always and have recommended phil to other adis.
